The Too-Perfect Saint: Tossed Aside by My Fiancé and Sold to Another Kingdom.
During the holidays, M-Chan and I spent a few evenings watching The Too-Perfect Saint: Tossed Aside by My Fiancé and Sold to Another Kingdom on Netflix together. I have to admit that, at first, the title did not exactly inspire confidence. It is a bit long, a bit dramatic, and it sounds like many other anime titles I probably would not remember if I came across them by chance.

Shibou Yuugi de Meshi o Kuu
Shibou Yuugi de Meshi o Kuu is a truly unique series, and that is exactly what makes it so fascinating. From the very first episodes, you can tell that this is not a typical story. Thermae Romae Novae
Thermae Romae Novae is a Netflix series that is truly out of the ordinary. The story follows Lucius, a Roman architect who is passionate about baths, and who suddenly finds himself thrown into modern-day Japan. Through his travels, he discovers baths, onsen, and habits that are completely different from his own. The concept may seem totally absurd at first, but that is exactly what makes the series so charming.

The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity (Kaoru Hana wa Rin to Saku)
I just finished The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity, and the more I think about it, the more I realise that what touched me doesn’t come only from the romance, but also from the context in which it exists.

Your lie in April (Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso)
Your Lie in April is not just a simple story between two teenagers in love with music, but also about everything that surrounds it, especially the weight of the past and the pressure linked to music.
